SHREEMANT SHIVAJIRAJE KRISHI MANCH

Shreemant Shivajiraje Krishi manch has been established under Shreemant Shivajiraje college of Horticulture and college of Agriculture,Phaltan on 5th November 2016. The total no. of members of Krishi manch are 48. The manch has following objectives.

1. To discuss experiences among the members on cultivation of various crops and agro based enterprises.
2. To organize study tours of members to field of progressive farmers, Agril industries and various research stations.
3. To discuss the commonly faced problems by farmers on crop production, marketing and economic aspects.
4. To organize workshops for members.
5. To organize demonstrations on modern techniques of farming,
6. To convey the information about various schemes for agriculture.
7. To motivate the members for organic farming, Group farming, contract farming.
8. To avail the expertise to the members according to their need.
